What it costs

Two ways to pay for the same website. Everything is included either way — the build, hosting, updates, and changes whenever you need them. These are starting prices: a bigger site, or something the list below does not cover, costs more, and you get that number before any work starts.

Pay monthlyNothing up front, no commitment.
  • Everything in one monthly bill

No setup fee and no contract. If it stops being worth it, you stop paying and the site comes down at the end of the month.

    From $149 / month
  • The website itself

Designed and built around what your business actually does, and live in two to three weeks.

  • Hosting and SSL

It stays online, it stays fast, and the padlock in the address bar stays valid.

  • Changes when you need them

New prices, new hours, a service you dropped, a photo from last weekend. Send it over and I make the change.

  • Updates and security patches

The software underneath stays current, so the site does not quietly rot while you are busy.

Pay yearlyMore up front, then a lower bill that stays lower.
  • From $500 to start, then a lower monthly bill

A twelve-month commitment in exchange for a lower monthly bill — $99 instead of $149, and it stays $99 once the twelve months are up. At the starting price the first year comes to $1,688 against $1,788, and every year after that is $1,188 against $1,788.

    From $500 + $99 / month
  • Everything in the monthly plan

Same site, same hosting, same changes whenever you need them. Only the payment schedule is different.

In every site, either wayNot upgrades. This is the floor.
  • Designed for a phone first

Most of your visitors are holding a phone. That is the layout I design first, not the one squeezed in at the end.

  • Set up to be found

Structured business data for Google, a sitemap and robots file generated automatically, and a real title and description on every page.

  • Readable by everyone

Color contrast is checked against the WCAG AA standard before launch, and the site works with a keyboard and with a screen reader.

  • Your booking system, not a new one

If you already take bookings or registrations through something — Square, Vagaro, Booksy, a class portal — the site uses it. Your calendar does not move.

  • A contact form that reaches you

Messages go to your inbox. There is no dashboard to check and no database of customer details sitting around to be looked after.

  • Fast, because slow costs you visitors

Images sized and compressed properly, no page-builder bloat, and nothing loading that does not need to be there.

These are starting prices, and most small business sites land there. A bigger or more unusual build costs more — you get that number in writing before any work begins, never as a surprise afterwards. What does not change: no separate design fee, no hosting bill, and no hourly rate for changes. Two to three weeks is measured from the day I have your photos and details — if those take a while to gather, the build waits on you rather than on me.

Questions people actually ask

What do I actually get?

A website with the pages your business needs — usually a home page, what you offer and what it costs, photos, something about you, and a way to get in touch. It runs on your own domain, and any bookings go to whatever system you already use.

You do not get a login, a dashboard, or another tool to learn. That is deliberate. When something needs to change, you tell me and I change it.

How long does it take?

Two to three weeks from the day I have your content — your logo, your photos, your prices, and anything you want said in your own words.

The building is the fast part. Gathering content is what slows projects down, so the sooner that arrives, the sooner you are live.

What happens when I need to change something?

You email me. A new price, different hours, a service you no longer offer, a photo from the weekend — send it and I make the change.

It is part of the monthly price rather than a separate invoice. That is the whole reason the monthly price exists.

What if I want to stop?

On the monthly plan there is nothing to get out of. Stop paying and the site comes down at the end of the month — no cancellation fee and no argument about it.

The yearly plan runs for twelve months, which is the trade for the lower monthly rate.

Do I have to move my booking or scheduling system?

No. Whatever you already use gets embedded into the site — an appointment book, a class registration portal, a form. Your calendar stays where it is and your customers book the way they already do.

Why is this cheaper than the quote I got?

Because I am one person rather than an agency, and because every site starts from a foundation I have already built and tested instead of from a blank page. You are not paying for a sales team, a project manager, or a month of discovery meetings.

It is also not a fill-in-the-blanks template. The words, the structure, and the design are built around your business — the part underneath is just already solved.

About us

One person, a few clients at a time

Most small businesses get offered one of two things: a five-figure quote from an agency, or a build-it-yourself website tool that turns into a second job. One is too expensive to say yes to. The other sits half finished, because you already have a business to run.

This is the third option. I build the site, I host it, and I keep it working. When your prices change or you want a new photo on the front page, you email me and I make the change. That is included in the monthly price, not billed by the hour.

I work alone, and that is the point. You deal with the person who built your site instead of an account manager, and there is no agency overhead buried in your bill. It also means I take on a few clients at a time — if I am not the right fit for your project, I will tell you rather than sell you something.

Every site is built the same careful way: fast on a phone, readable by Google, and usable by someone on a screen reader or squinting at a screen in the sun. Your content lives in one place that I maintain, which is why an edit takes minutes instead of a support ticket.
